Sarah Palin's recent Facebook entry on terrorism resonates with the American people. Liberals (including Congress and the Obama administration) feel compelled to sympathize with those who are out to destroy our nation, maybe because they have similar goals. Treating terrorists as common criminals is disastrous, and Sarah Palin responds rightly with force to this incident.
She is never going to be liked by those on the left who are afraid of her, but for those on the right who have no clear voice right now in national politics she is a breath of fresh air. She understands how we feel, we won't allow ourselves to be hostage by islamist extremists. The liberal loonies on the left seem to think if we become buddies with them they will stop bothering us. Imagine that!
Palin encourages a get tough stance toward islamic terrorists. One that we the people relate to. It is good for a national leader to stand up on this issue. Why is it that she is the only one with huevos in our national leadership?
